Low-temperature start-up and engine maintenance of the dual-circuit hydraulic power station in winter
How to start a dual-circuit hydraulic power station in low winter temperatures
At low temperatures, hydraulic oil is relatively viscous. Therefore, the engine of the hydraulic power station should run at a low speed for a sufficient period of time until the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil rises above 10℃ or the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank feels hot.
2. If the hydraulic power station and the hoses are relatively cold, let the hydraulic oil circulate through the hoses until it is warm before operating the tools and continuing the construction.
Engine maintenance of the dual-circuit hydraulic power station
Comply with the regular maintenance and general repair guidelines for the hydraulic power station engine in this manual. Normal maintenance includes the following aspects:
Clean the sponge air filter every 25 hours of operation.
Clean the air paper filter element every 100 hours of operation.
Replace the axial fuel filter every 100 to 300 hours of operation or replace it in advance as per the actual situation.
Replace the spark plugs every 100 hours of operation.
Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation. It should be replaced every 50 hours of work thereafter. If the engine of the hydraulic power station operates continuously under heavy load or high temperature conditions, the engine oil should be replaced every 25 hours of operation.
When changing the engine oil, also change the oil filter.
The oil level should be checked each time.
Keep the engine clean (wipe with a cloth or brush). Do not rinse it with water.
Clean the air cooling system every 100 hours of operation.
